2. About the content
All plans, imagery, renders, prices, area figures, timelines and inventory shown on this website are indicative and for information only. They do not constitute an offer or contract. Actual project details are governed by the RERA-registered brochure, the sale agreement and applicable law.
3. RERA disclosures
Each project is registered with the relevant state RERA authority. RERA numbers and disclosures are available on the individual project page and in the sales brochure. Please verify RERA registration before making any payment.
4. Bookings & payments
Bookings become binding only on execution of the allotment / sale agreement and receipt of cleared funds. All payments must be routed through banking channels to the account named in the agreement. Janjaes will never ask for cash. Cancellation, refund and forfeiture terms are set out in each project's booking application.
5. NRI transactions
NRI buyers must comply with FEMA, source funds through NRE/NRO/foreign inward remittance and complete KYC before allotment. Repatriation of sale proceeds is subject to RBI rules.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — logo, brand, copy, photography, renders, videos — is owned by Janjaes Infra or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, redistribute or use it commercially without written permission.
7. Third-party links
We may link to third-party websites (maps, partners, payment gateways). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by Indian law, Janjaes is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our liability under any project transaction is limited to what is expressly set out in the signed sale agreement for that project.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of this website.
